“I Am” started as a simple slideshow of kids across India telling us who they already are. An astronaut, an interior designer, a musician, an architect. But the insight behind it was bigger. Career choices do not begin at 18 or after board exam results. They begin in childhood. They live in curiosities, play patterns, the way a child draws, builds, experiments or imagines.The aim of this campaign was to challenge the usual market trend mindset or the engineering by default culture that shapes so many decisions in Indian homes. Instead, we brought the spotlight back to the child, their real interests, their natural aptitude and the identity they have been forming quietly since the beginning.“I Am” turned career guidance into something emotional, human and long term. It was brand storytelling shaped by behavioural insight, cultural truth and purpose driven communication. With real portraits and simple declarations, we built a story about empowerment and how the right guidance at the right time can turn early sparks into real futures.This was my attempt at strategic creative work. A mix of authenticity, visual storytelling and a clear brand point of view to make career counselling feel less like pressure and more like possibility.
